Refund policy

14-day easy returns

Not quite right? You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be unworn (shoes tried on indoors only), in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. Insoles, night splints and other foot care items must be unused.

Free size exchanges
If your shoes don't fit, we'll exchange them for another size free of charge, subject to availability.

How to start a return
Email us at hello@sundaysoles.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return or exchange. We'll reply with instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are not refundable, and unless your item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 14 days if anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, so we can make it right.

This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer law.
