Sunday Soles was born out of sheer frustration. I lived with chronic heel pain for years, saw 6 podiatrists and was misdiagnosed again and again. And every time I looked for shoes, I found the same bland, faceless "podiatrist-backed" websites selling the same boring shoes I'd never wear out. So I worked out my own rules and built the shop I couldn't find. Every pair here has to pass them, or it doesn't go in the store.

Are these heels?
No. Every Sunday Soles shoe has a gentle 3–5 cm wedge or platform. That's just enough lift to look dressy and take some pressure off your heel, without the strain of a stiletto.
Will these help my plantar fasciitis?
Our shoes and insoles are designed to support your arch and cushion your heel, which many people find makes standing and walking more comfortable. They're not a medical treatment or cure. If your pain is severe, getting worse or not improving after a few weeks, please see a doctor or podiatrist.
How do the sizes run?
Each shoe has a size chart with foot length in inches and centimeters. If you're between sizes, size up. Wrong size? Exchanges are easy.
How long do they take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and most US orders arrive within 6–12 business days. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Do I need to break them in?
Give your feet a few days to get used to the arch support. Wear them around the house for an hour or two first, then you're good to go out.
What's your returns policy?
