Pretty Shoes for Plantar Fasciitis
Plantar fasciitis doesn't mean you have to give up pretty shoes. Every pair here passes my 5 rules: a gentle 3–5 cm lift (never dead flat), real arch support, a cushioned heel, a strap that holds your heel, and pretty enough to wear out.
That's the same checklist the Mayo Clinic gives for plantar fasciitis: shoes with a low to moderate heel, thick soles, good arch support and extra cushioning, and no flats. Many people with heel pain find shoes like these far more comfortable to stand and walk in. Are these heels?
No. Every Sunday Soles shoe has a gentle 3–5 cm wedge or platform. That's just enough lift to look dressy and take some pressure off your heel, without the strain of a stiletto.
Will these help my plantar fasciitis?
Our shoes and insoles are designed to support your arch and cushion your heel, which many people find makes standing and walking more comfortable. They're not a medical treatment or cure. If your pain is severe, getting worse or not improving after a few weeks, please see a doctor or podiatrist.
How do the sizes run?
Each shoe has a size chart with foot length in inches and centimeters. If you're between sizes, size up. Wrong size? Exchanges are easy.
How long do they take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and most US orders arrive within 6–12 business days. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Do I need to break them in?
Give your feet a few days to get used to the arch support. Wear them around the house for an hour or two first, then you're good to go out.
